Digital power of attorney

Issue a power of attorney for an employee or another person online: set the attorney, the period and the powers, and the recipient checks it by its serial number.

What problem it solves

Documents are often signed on behalf of a company by an employee rather than its head. The recipient needs to be sure that the employee has this right and that it has not been revoked.

How it works

The principal identifies the attorney by country and identification number and sets the validity period and the powers. The authority issues a power of attorney with a serial number and signs it with its key. The document comes as XML, PDF and a printable form, and the PDF contains a link to the verification page.

How to get it

  1. Fill in the application in A3.ID

Set the attorney, the start and end dates and the powers. For other powers, describe them in your own words.

  2. Pass identity verification

The principal passes biometric identification in the same way as for a signature.

  3. Wait for the administrator

An administrator of the authority reviews the application and approves the power of attorney.

  4. Download the power of attorney

Get the document as XML signed with the key of the authority, as well as PDF and a printable form to hand to the recipient.
