Two documents you need to work in A3 services: a signature confirms the author of a document, a power of attorney passes the right to sign to another person.

Electronic signature

A signature key certificate for individuals, sole proprietors and organizations. Valid for one year and kept in a .pfx file under your password.

  • For individuals, the self-employed, sole proprietors and organizations
  • Valid for one year from the date of issue
  • A .pfx file (PKCS#12) under your password
  • Revocation at any time from your account

Digital power of attorney

Lets an attorney act on behalf of the principal for a set period. Issued as XML, PDF and a printable form with a verification link.

  • The attorney is identified by country and identification number
  • A validity period with start and end dates
  • Powers: signing documents or other powers with a description
